4. We secure your Approval in Principle (AIP)
When you’re ready, we select the most suitable lender for your situation and submit your application for Approval in Principle. This allows you to confidently make an offer on your new home.

5. We manage the drawdown
Once your offer is accepted, we work with the lender to draw down the funds and finalise the purchase of your home.

6. You get the keys
Your mortgage is complete—and the next chapter is yours to enjoy.
